Sedinta de scadere la Bursa de Valori Bucuresti in prima zi a saptamanii, pe fondul scaderilor masive ale indicilor americani din dupa-amiaza zilei e vineri. Practic atat pietele asiatice de actiuni cat si cele europene au urmat tendinta si semnalul venite din partea burselor americane si era normal ca si pietele mici si emergente sa se alinieze la trendul general.

Exista in ultima perioada o presiune negativa puternica la nivelul pietelor globale de actiuni, determinata exclusiv de problemele legate de ipoteci, creditare, "subprime" etc din America. Am asistat in cursul zilei de vineri la foarte multe comunicate “de linistire” din partea institutiilor financiare bancare si nebancare din Europe prin care oficialii acestora afirmau cu tarie ca nu sunt expuse unor riscuri similare si ca nu detin in portofolii astfel de active asa ca rezultatele lor financiare nu vor fi afectate de aceasta problema asa cum au fost afectate companiile similare din SUA.

Cat priveste Romania din aceasta perspectiva chiar nu exista probleme sau motive de ingrijorare. Bancile romanesti merg foarte bine in aceasta perioada, acumuleaza profituri importante si rate de crestere economica de-a dreptul impresionante. In cursul saptamanii trecute am avut raportarea de profit la sase luni pentru grupul BCR care au aratat o crestere a profitului net de 24,1%. De asemenea BRD-GSG a anuntat chiar luni ca in semestrul I 2007 a obtinut un profit in crestere cu 32% fata de perioada similara a anului anterior. De asemenea cea de-a doua banca importanta tranzactionata la Bursa de Valori Bucuresti, Banca Transilvania, va anunta chiar marti 7 iulie rezultatele financiare pe primele 6 luni din 2007 si nu exista motive ca asteptarile sa fie pesimiste.

Concluzia ar fi ca in ciuda corelarii preturilor de tranzactionare cu cele de pe bursele externe (perfect normala, explicabila si rationala din punct de vedere al mecanismelor financiare) o scadere de amploare a pietei nu ar avea deocamdata sustinere in fundamentele economice romanesti (cel putin pana acum).

Pana cand piata va reveni la fundamentele economice insa, indicii bursieri continua sa scada, marcand luni o depreciere de 0,40% pentru BET si 1,49% pentru BET-FI.

Lichiditatea tranzactiilor a fost foarte redusa, abia reusind sa cumuleze 13,6 milioane de euro dintre care 11,4 milioane pe piata principala si restul pe Rasdaq.
